General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs) govern the contractual relationship between [TO BE COMPLETED: company name], hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and any person making a purchase on the site, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer."

Article 1: Purpose

The GTCs define the conditions for the sale of MagicBeez marketing activation campaigns and associated products (scratch ticket packs and related services).

Article 2: Products

Products are described on their respective pages. Photographs and illustrations are not contractually binding.

Article 3: Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the applicable price being that in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4: Order

The order is validated after acceptance of these GTCs and confirmation of payment. A confirmation email summarizes the order.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is made online using the methods offered at the time of the order. The order is processed after receipt of payment.

Article 6: Delivery

Physical products are shipped within [TO BE COMPLETED: timeframe] to the address indicated by the Customer. Deadlines are given as an indication.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legal exceptions, particularly for goods personalized at the Customer's request (article L221-28), which cannot be subject to withdrawal.

Article 8: Warranties

Products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 9: Liability

The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in case of non-performance due to an event of force majeure.

Article 10: Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 11: Disputes and mediation

These GTCs are subject to French law.
