General terms of sale

These general terms of sale (the “Terms of Sale”) govern the contractual relationship between MAGICBEEZ, an SAS with share capital of €10,000, registered with the Annecy RCS under number 880 238 951, whose registered office is located at 101 Hameau du Colonney, 74190 Passy, hereinafter “the Seller”, and any person making a purchase on the site, hereinafter “the Customer”.

Article 1: Purpose

The Terms of Sale set out the terms of sale of MagicBeez marketing game campaigns and related products (packs of scratch cards and related services). They are intended for professionals (companies, shop owners, associations) who buy for the needs of their business.

Article 2: Products

Products are described on their respective product pages. Photographs and illustrations have no contractual value.

Article 3: Prices

Prices are stated in euros excluding taxes (excl. VAT). The applicable VAT is added when the order is placed. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, the applicable price being the one in force at the time of the order.

Article 4: Order

The order is validated once these Terms of Sale have been accepted and payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email summarizes the order.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is made online by the means offered at the time of the order. The order is processed once payment has been received.

Article 6: Delivery

Physical products are shipped to the address given by the Customer within a maximum of thirty (30) days from confirmation of the order. This time frame is indicative.

Article 7: Returns and withdrawal

A Customer acting in a professional capacity does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for by the French Consumer Code, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that may apply to the Customer. Products personalized at the Customer's request are neither taken back nor exchanged.

Article 8: Warranties

Products benefit from the statutory warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Any claim relating to a product must be sent to contact@magicbeez.com.

Article 9: Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance due to a force majeure event.

Article 10: Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 11: Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties endeavor to find an amicable solution. Any claim may be sent to contact@magicbeez.com. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute is brought before the competent courts in accordance with the rules of general law.

Article 12: Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
