Depending on the marketing scenario selected by the partner, the following data may be collected:
- Last name
- First name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Postal code
- City
- Company
- Job title
- Answers to standardized MAGICBEEZ forms
- IP address
- Date and time of participation
- Scratch card number
- QR code identifier
- Consent history
3. Purposes of processing
The data is used to:
- record participations;
- manage instant wins;
- organize prize draws;
- contact winners;
- prevent fraud;
- keep proof of consent;
- pass certain data to partners when the participant consents.
MAGICBEEZ does not use game participants' data for its own commercial prospecting.
4. Marketing scenarios
Partners choose from pre-designed scenarios offered by MAGICBEEZ.
The forms used are standardized to ensure their regulatory compliance.
5. Transmission to partners
Data is transmitted to partners only after the participant's explicit consent. The participant remains free to accept or refuse this transmission. Partners become independent data controllers for the data they receive.
6. Proof of consent
MAGICBEEZ keeps, in particular:
- the scratch card identifier;
- the date and time;
- the consents given;
- the version of the scenario used;
- certain technical logs needed as proof.
7. Retention
Participations: 36 months maximum. Proof of consent: 5 years. Data transmitted to partners is then retained under their own responsibility.
8. Hosting
The data is hosted by IONOS on infrastructure located within the European Union.
9. Your rights
You have the following rights:
- access;
- rectification;
- erasure;
- objection;
- restriction;
- portability;
- withdrawal of consent.

10. Complaint
Participants may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
11. Site visitors and contact requests
When you use a simulator on the site, fill in a contact form or request an appointment, MAGICBEEZ processes your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the information entered in the simulator or form, and the page your request came from.
This data is used to send you your simulation, to respond to your request and to contact you again about MAGICBEEZ campaigns. It is accessible to the MAGICBEEZ team and its technical service providers (email sending, customer relationship management, site hosting).
It is kept for three years at most after your last contact with MAGICBEEZ. You may object at any time to being contacted again and exercise your rights by writing to rgpd@magicbeez.com.
